Date: 2009-11-30 | Rating: 5 This is a beautifully made dress with gold satin lining in the bodice, and bugle beads and sequins sewn in for a little bit of sparkle. I wore it to a wedding and received several compliments. It was true to size (12) but I did alter the halter a couple of inches shorter at the neck for comfort. No big deal, it took me about 15 minutes. I also washed it by hand in Woolite and hung it to dry. It washed beautifully so no dry cleaning necessary.

The dress you order will be exactly the same Customer Reviews Horrible Knock-Off Date: 2010-01-03 | Rating: 1 First off, the picture is similar to the dress-as it is the picture of the DESIGNER dress that "Cinderella" knocked off. The Sherri Hill dress (which I own) is beautifully made and I cannot find a single thing wrong with it (which is difficult cause I find fault in most everything.) I stumbled upon this Cinderella dress at a store at the mall- thinking it was my dress from afar and wondered how much it was here. I was shocked to find it was a third of the price and then looked at it closer- noticing the Cinderella tag. Then i looked at the dress itself. The ornament on the waist looked off-the shape of not only the beads but the shape of the ornament was wrong. The ruching on the greeen sash was- poorly imitated to put it nicely. The dress was made out of a cheap tulle that was frayed out of the bottom. Another noticable difference between the two dresses is the ruching on the chest. On the Sherri Hill dress the tulle is vertically ruched- this dress has strips of white satin sewed on it- very poorly I may add. I advise that you do not buy this dress because you fell in love with the picture- you will be horribly dissapointed. There's a reason why the caption under this dress on the Sherri Hill website says "Often imitated, never duplicated"
